My focus
As the Broker and Owner of SwanGate Real Estate Services, I help buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida, with a focus on relocation, 55+ active adult communities, VA homebuyers, first-time buyers, and residential resale. My mission is simple: to provide expert guidance, personalized service, and a strategy tailored to your goals.

How I work
With more than 20 years of real estate experience and advanced designations including ABR, GRI, and SFR, I combine market knowledge, skilled negotiation, and attention to detail to help clients through every stage of a transaction. I work closely with lenders, title companies, inspectors, attorneys, and fellow Realtors, and I work to keep every step clear, from the first conversation to a successful closing.
