Leesburg here means the City of Leesburg in Lake County, Florida, known as the Lakefront City, and not Leesburg in Virginia or anywhere else. What it is like to live here
Venetian Gardens is a 64-acre park on Lake Harris with a marina, a splash pad, a playground, a pavilion, and a stadium. The city lists a public library described as one of the busiest in Lake County, youth and adult sports leagues, and events such as the Leesburg Art Festival, the Black Heritage Festival, and bass fishing tournaments. The city was incorporated on July 12, 1875, and it calls itself Lake County’s oldest city.

Getting around
